At what times during the day are the dropboxes cleared?

Dropboxes are cleared twice a day; once in the morning and once in the afternoon

What is the treatment for someone who does not put his/her card number or phone number correctly on the deposit slip?

The funds cannot be posted and will be held in a suspense account until the customer can claim by visiting a Sagicor branch or contacting the call center. Customer should have copy of the deposit slip available.

What information has to be included on the deposit slip?

MyCash account holder user name and 16 digit card number; phone number is optional but is useful to contact account holder in the case that there any concerns

What is the treatment if the amount the customer wants to load is above their account limit (based on tier)? What is the treatment if this occurs with a Tier 3 customer who cannot upgrade?

Funds can only be posted to the Tier Limit. Communication will be made with client via phone call (telephone number used to register on the MyCash App) letting the client know the deposit is over their limit and explain the different limits. The funds will be held in a suspense account until the customer can claim by visiting a Sagicor branch or contacting the call center. Customer should have copy of the deposit slip available.

Can a customer upgrade their tier limit after a deposit slip is submitted to a Dropbox?

Tier limit upgrade has to be completed before the Dropbox deposit. Methods to upgrade tier limit are via the MyCash App, contacting the Sagicor call center, or visiting a Sagicor branch.

Will the fee for the load be deducted from the sum placed in the Dropbox with the balance loaded to the wallet?

Fee will be deducted from the deposit. Please refer to fees table.

Are dropboxes currently functional in all branches?

Yes

What is the treatment if a customer has registered but has not activated a wallet, attempts to load funds via the Dropbox?

Customer cannot deposit funds until account is activated.

Can I deposit to a different MyCash wallet?

Yes, as long as the account holder name and 16 digit card number is provided.
